What to write to us about

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a specification, a price or a rule on this site is wrong or has changed, tell us which page, what it says and, if you can, where you saw the current figure. We check the source again and update the page.

We also welcome questions about how we compare brushes, suggestions for brushes to add to a comparison, and notes about anything on the site that is hard to read or use on your phone.

What we can't answer

We can't give personal dental advice, and we won't try. We are not dentists, and nobody can say what is right for your teeth or gums without examining you. If you have a question about your own mouth — bleeding gums, sensitivity, pain, a child's teeth — please ask a dentist, hygienist or, in the UK, NHS 111.

If you have facial swelling, a fever with tooth or gum pain, or any trouble swallowing or breathing, do not email us: contact emergency services or an urgent-care centre straight away.
